Air Navigaviton Services Trainings Yazı Boyutu A In line with the organization's needs and training requirements, prepare annual training plans and programs for Air Navigation Training to be conducted domestically and internationally, as well as training for CNS (Communication, Navigation, Surveillance) devices, in accordance with scientific program development principles, and implement these programs in light of domestic/international rules and regulatory requirements.To analyze, collect, and compile the overseas assignment reports of personnel participating in training/meetings held abroad and, if necessary, compile them into booklets/publications.To conduct statistical studies at the end of each course period and submit the results in a report to the Directorate of Aviation Academy.Carrying out the necessary work and procedures to ensure participation in meetings covering Air Navigation and CNS (Communication, Navigation, Surveillance) Training topics organized domestically or internationally.Monitoring domestic and foreign publications related to Air Navigation and CNS (Communication, Navigation, Surveillance) Training, preparing, updating, and publishing training documents.In line with our organization's goals and principles, and with due consideration for the benefit of the country and the institution, to carry out the tasks and procedures related to domestic/international courses organized for our organization's personnel for purposes such as basic training, development, refresher courses, motivation, preparation for higher positions, etc.Conduct the necessary work to appoint the program manager and assistant.To carry out the tasks and procedures for determining/assigning/changing personnel who will participate in Air Navigation and CNS (Communication, Navigation, Surveillance) Training, taking into account professional requirements and needs.To prepare, control, and report on the budget related to planned Air Navigation and CNS (Communication, Navigation, Surveillance) Training.Monitor the planning and settlement of requests for external Air Navigation and CNS (Communication, Navigation, Surveillance) Training.
