Airport Operation Services Trainings Yazı Boyutu A As an authorised training organisation recognised by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, we are responsible for evaluating and ensuring the fulfilment of training requests within the scope of Annex 3 of the Airport Operations Training Directive (SHT-EĞİTİM/HAD), delivered by authorised instructors from the aviation sector.Prepares the training plan for the training courses listed in annex 3 of the SHT-TRAINING/HAD Directive published by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation and ensures that our authorized trainers and our organization's personnel receive the relevant training within the scope of the specified Directive.To carry out the necessary work to obtain authorization from the relevant institutions in order to provide the training listed in annex 3 of the SHT-TRAINING/HAD Directive.Ensure that our organisation's personnel receive training on the following simulators located within our organisation: the Aircraft Fire Simulator, The ARFF Vehicle Operation Simulator, The Runway Vehicle Operation Simulator and The Snow Removal Vehicle Operation Simulator. We evaluate simulator training requests from the aviation sector and ensure their implementation.Conduct the necessary work to determine the training needs in the field of airport operations services.To carry out training requests from domestic and international sources relating to airport operating services, in accordance with national and international regulations and programme development principles.Participates in training/seminars and other activities conducted domestically and internationally within the scope of airport operation services. Prepares briefing reports for training sessions attended. If there is a need to share acquired knowledge and experience with relevant personnel, we organise in-service training to ensure it is applied within our organisation.Organise seminars, meetings and workshops with institutions and organisations operating in the field of airport management services, which provide training in this area. Ensure that knowledge and experience gained is shared in training activities.Managing and supervising the airport operation training to be conducted within our organization, and carrying out the relevant tasks and procedures.Conduct the necessary work for the assignment of the program manager.Carry out the relevant procedures for instructor commissioning, training, and authorization as part of training plans for future processes.Carry out tasks and procedures relating to trainers and participants for training activities within the scope of airport operational services, both domestic and international.Conducting audits of instructors involved in airport operations training using scientific training audit and inspection methodsMonitor the effectiveness of training programs, identify shortcomings, take necessary steps to address them, and report the results to the Directorate of Aviation Academy.Evaluate the training using measurement techniques at the end of each training session and carry out any necessary improvements.
